Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "Platform" refers to the h5winbox website and all services provided through it. "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses h5winbox services. "We" or "h5winbox" refers to the platform operator operating under international licensing.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

h5winbox provides a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players:

• Online banking via FPX (including major Malaysian banks as FPX options)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction, regardless of the payment method selected. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is confirmed, subject to account verification requirements.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

h5winbox offers various promotions to new and existing players. The welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300, with a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Total wagering required: RM120 × 25 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM900 → Total wagering required: RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

General terms for all promotions are as follows:

• Each promotion has its own validity period and cannot be combined unless specifically stated.
• h5winbox reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Misuse of promotions, including attempts to exploit wagering requirements through unauthorised methods, may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• The h5winbox VIP programme offers weekly cashback to eligible members — Bronze up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%.

Game Rules and Player Conduct

The h5winbox platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, blackjack, baccarat and more. Each game has its own rules displayed within the game interface.

Players are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Use of automation software, bots or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games or deceive the platform.
• Attempting to access platform systems or databases without authorisation.
• Transferring funds between player accounts without h5winbox approval.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
